A A Carolina Mortgage is an established Licensed Mortgage Broker located in North Carolina. The company has over 20 years experience in both real estate and mortgage lending. AA Carolina handles all types of mortgage programs, from the A+ paper to clients presently in bankruptcy. We also specialize in niche products rarely offered by other mortgage brokers.
The Position:
Due to our continued financial success we are looking to expand our team. We are seeking several highly motivated, aggressive licensed loan officers throughout the State. Positions will be responsible for analyzing consumer credit, becoming familiar with bank lending policies and lending programs, taking loan applications via telephone or in person, determining what loans customers qualify for, submitting loan applications to investors/ banks, closing loans, and any other scenarios that occur in the lending process. Full or part time positions available. There is no office time required! Work from home.

We are offering telecommuting position(s) that are full time or part time. A North Carolina Loan Officer License is required. We do not provide leads, however our commission splits are generous. The commission range is from 40% to 60% (based on the gross commission of origination fee + yield spread premium) to the loan officer depending on experience, quality and quantity of the work. There are no "quotas" you would need to achieve.
You will need a computer with high speed internet and a fax. I personally will provide any support you need 6 days a week.
